HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Template Selection Call
We’ll confirm your template choice and review the key details of your project before the build begins. This is a short call to ensure we are aligned on the structure of your website and the overall direction. It also gives us the opportunity to confirm your pages, features, and timeline before moving into the preparation stage.
STEP 2
Preparation
You’ll receive a content checklist outlining the text and images required for your website. This document will guide you through exactly what is needed for each page so nothing is missed. All content must be submitted before the design stage begins so the website build can move forward smoothly and efficiently.
STEP 3
Brand Styling
Your website will be customised using the brand colours and fonts you provide. If you already have brand guidelines, these will be applied to your chosen template. If not, you will need to select your preferred colours and fonts before the design stage begins. Brand styling support is available as an optional add-on if you need help choosing these.
STEP 4
Website Creation
Using your selected template, I will customise the design with your branding and populate the website with your content. Each page will be carefully structured to ensure the layout works well within the template. The website will also be optimised to function smoothly across both desktop and mobile devices.
STEP 5
Review & Revision
Once the website has been built, you will have the opportunity to review the design and request updates. Two rounds of revisions are included to refine the layout and ensure everything looks and functions as expected. Any additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will be billed at £75 per hour.
STEP 6
Launch & Celebration
Once everything has been approved, your website will be prepared for launch and published online. I will take care of the technical steps required to ensure everything goes live smoothly. Your new website will then be ready for visitors to explore and connect with your business.
